[eMarketer] Lead generation among top content marketers’ plans in 2021
Generating quality leads and attracting increased web traffic are top priorities for marketers in 2021 at 79 per cent and 75 per cent respectively according to the State of Content Marketing report by SEMRUSH.
eMarketer notes that a growing number of marketers are also focusing on content marketing tools that use data and metrics instead of those that focuses on creating content. 88 per cent of the marketers expressed the interest to embrace web analytics tools while 82 per cent said their focus would be on SEO tools.
In the same report, reputation improvement and customer loyalty scored lowly among marketers 2021 plans at 57 per cent and 47 per cent respectively.
