iO acquires Danish digital agency Peytz & Co
iO, an agency that brings together strategy, creation, content, marketing, and technology to support clients in their communication and digital transformation, is expanding into new markets by acquiring Peytz & Co, one of Denmark’s digital agencies.
After an ambitious buy-and-build journey in the Benelux, the time is right to double down on our investments in the Nordics, says CEO Pieter Janssens.
Peytz & Co is a market-leading digital agency, highly specialised in creating tailor-made, reliable, and efficient development solutions for well-established Danish brands. The client portfolio includes, among others, Fitness World, Chr. Hansen Holding A/S, and the Danish Meteorological Institute. Peytz & Co, with a turnover of €10.3 million, is a catalyst for iO’s further Nordic growth, bringing an influx of 100+ digital experts to the agency.
