BAM Wonen and iO launch a sustainable housing concept
BAM Wonen and iO have launched a sustainable solution to the housing shortage: Flow, future-proof wooden houses - high quality, sustainable and affordable. The concept was created by BAM in collaboration with end-to-end agency iO working on the brand name, story, and visual identity.
Flow is an innovative housing concept that has its origins in a desire to make the best possible use of wood: the source of an unparalleled supply of high-quality, affordable homes.
BAM Wonen produces Flow homes sustainably and off-site. The well-being of the (future) residents and circularity are the primary concerns.
iO started by building a strong brand identity and a clear concept strategy for Flow. In the run-up to the launch of the Flow housing concept the team developed the brand story, the accompanying visual style and provided a relevant brand-building framework.
The strength of iO’s end-to-end proposition made them the ideal partner for BAM Wonen, given the creative collaboration and flow of ideas between the iO brand marketers, technology experts and BAM Wonen.
Laura Mouthaan, communication specialist, BAM Wonen: 'With Flow we set housing in motion. Fast, sustainable and affordable. We wanted to load this ambitious concept with an equally ambitious brand identity. iO understood us, right into our DNA, and brought our ideas to life using words, images and technology. Their end-to-end expertise makes them an ideal partner for the launch of our new brand. "
